Haz, the founder of THE BODY BOX REDDITCH, has always had a passion for health and fitness but took the plunge to become a Personal Trainer in 2020. Since becoming a qualified Personal Trainer, Haz won the UKBFF Under 70kg Bodybuilding catagory in 2021. Since then, he has transformed peoples lives through 1-2-1 PT and online coaching. He also took part in the 2023 London Hyrox event, the ultimate test of both strength and fitness.

Haz wanted to further his career in the fitness industry and in 2023 founded THE BODY BOX REDDITCH where he will continue to lead, educate and transform peoples lives.
